To help the cats get used to life with a family, volunteer Rosemarie brought them home a week later.
Rosemarie intended to find the children loving homes in the future.
She owns a pit bull terrier mix named Daisy. Daisy eventually found herself at one of New York’s animal care facilities.
Lucky for the puppy, Rosemarie spotted her and took her in.
Daisy has evolved into a true kitten adoptive mother. She fed them, cuddled them, slept next to the infants, and she almost never left them.
Rosemarie adds, “I think she always wanted to be a parent.”
Rosemarie noticed the dog was frightened when she got home four years ago. Daisy sought to conceal her feelings as her body was trembling.
“I believe she was seriously shaken. Since then, she has expressed a dislike for being home alone, according to Rosemarie.
Daisy was administered numerous medications by Daisy’s owner after consultations with veterinarians and animal psychiatrists, but nothing worked.
Following a morning stroll, the dog did not want to go back home. She worried unceasingly that the owner would abandon her and never return.
Rosemarie noted that the Pitbull had stopped trembling after the kittens had entered the home. The dog was calmed down by one of the cats.
She made the choice to take both kittens home. She gave them the names Sparkle and Tulip.
Despite there being two cats, only Tulip was able to “heal” Daisy.
Tulip always accompanies Daisy as she reclines to take a nap.
The dog now considers her to be her best buddy, and she prefers to hang out with cats than other dogs.
