When the cute girl lost her mother and her house in Brisbane, Australia, due to heavy weather, rescuers discovered this flying fox.
The young flying fox received special attention from the rescuers. They took up the role of her surrogate mothers and began giving her bottle feedings. Her given name was Charlotte.
Flying foxes give their young their undivided attention. For three weeks, the infants hold on to their moms with their bellies. In order to experience their mother’s warmth and security, they miss having fur on their bellies.
