The woman couldn’t leave the animal there while she went out to dinner with her pals. She then brought the feline home. She had to keep the youngster in the garage because she also had other pets there for safety’s sake. She abandoned the cat there and put a picture of it on Facebook in an effort to find it a new home.

Her neighbor was waiting expectantly at her door when she got home. She asked Hicks if the cat was still at her house. And after receiving a response in the affirmative, the neighbor said that all of the Facebook comments made under the cat’s photo indicated that it was a bobcat. She didn’t become perplexed, though, and made the decision to spend the night with the little bobcat and deliver it to the rescue facility in the morning.

She brought the cat to the For Fox’s Sake Wildlife Rescue in the morning. The bobcat received excellent care there. The team assured the woman that Arwen, the bobcat, would be released into the wild when he was prepared.
