The 4-year-old golden retriever not only sings but also accompanies herself by playing the unusual instrument of wind chimes.
Bleu has been honing her musical skills since she was a puppy and found what would later become her favorite toy by mistake.
Bleu’s mom, Ana Brown said “She hit the wind chimes with her head when she was really, really little, like 4 months old, because they were down so low.” We kind of panicked out, thinking it might hurt her ears, but she just started singing.
Since then, Bleu has developed a daily ritual of playing the wind chimes outside, swinging her tail, and singing while tilting her head back. Brown said, “It’s the most adorable thing when she looks at you and sings and bangs her head on the wind chimes.”
I don’t know if she enjoys the sound or if she recognizes she can play it herself, said Brown. She nearly looks like she is attempting to keep up with it.
Bleu also has a significant social media following as a result of her extraordinary talent. A video of Bleu and her wind chimes that Brown posted on Facebook in June garnered 100,000 shares in just one day.
Her mother is receiving a deluge of responses from people all over the world after the video of Bleu received up to 19.7 million views. Bleu won’t even replace her outdated wind chimes with a more expensive musical set because she is blissfully oblivious of her online popularity.
Brown added that Bleu won’t touch a pretty nice wind chime my mom gave us for Christmas. She isn’t interested in getting involved. She simply wants her familiar wind chimes.
