Lady’s mother ended up at a shelter while pregnant and was promptly taken by a rescue before giving birth. Since being adopted at the age of only nine weeks, Lady has been completely devoted to her family.
If Lady isn’t with you, she’s on you, according to Lady’s mother, Jen Anderson, who spoke to The Dodo. She delivers spitty pit bull kisses and is highly affectionate and eager to please.
Anderson and her fiancee’s love for Lady and their other dogs is more than words can express, and they constantly come up with adorable ways to display it.
Last week, Anderson heard music begin playing in the adjacent room as she prepared to go shopping with her fiancé. Soon after he started singing, Anderson discovered that he was actually serenading a lady.
“I grabbed my phone, put it on record, and walked down the hall,” Anderson said. “I squatted!”
In order to capture the lovely moment on camera, Anderson sneakily glanced through the door. She melted when she saw her fiancé singing to Lady, who was enthralled by it.
