A 22-year-old resident from Budapest, Hungary, has spent $165,000 in her pursuit to resemble a Barbie doll, resulting in difficulty finding employment due to her doll-like appearance.
The girl admits to having an obsession with Barbie since childhood and underwent her first surgery at the age of 17 when she opted for breast enlargement.
“I have vivid memories of playing with Barbie dolls as a child, and at the age of 17, I began my transformation into a doll,” she shares.
Since then, the girl has undergone around a dozen surgeries in her endeavor to emulate her favorite doll. In 2016, she met her future husband, who shared her fascination with plastic surgery and also aspired to resemble a “toy.” He financially supported her operations.
In addition to breast augmentation, the girl has undergone two rhinoplasties, buttock enhancements, multiple chin reductions, and alterations to her jawline and forehead.
Previously, she worked as a receptionist but had to resign due to claims that her appearance and allure overwhelmed male colleagues.
She mentions that since transforming into a doll, many people don’t take her seriously. However, Barbara enjoys the attention she receives from men and hopes to find a new husband as she went through a divorce in 2019.
The girl has no intention of halting her transformations and is already planning her next procedures, including a third rhinoplasty, rib removal, and other cosmetic enhancements.
