Cher, now 75 years old, has undergone multiple plastic surgeries throughout her life, starting with a nose job in the 1970s due to dissatisfaction with her appearance on screen. She has since had various procedures, including silicone implants to reshape her cheekbones and lips, regular Botox injections, facelifts, breast and buttock augmentation surgery, and even had her lower ribs removed for a slimmer waistline.
