A stray pit bull dog stopped a woman from being attacked.
An unnamed woman was about to be attacked by a guy brandishing a knife, possibly in an attempt to rob her. And then, out of nowhere, a stray dog appeared between a man and a lady, facing the assailant with aggression.
In an attempt to bite the man, the dog dashed in his direction. The man then stabbed him at least five times.
Later, two police officers who responded quickly to the complaint took the courageous dog to the veterinarian facility.
“We could not let this brave dog suffer and pass away,” says Timothy Clay, one of the cops.
The dog almost passed away during the procedure, according to Carla Welch.
When his tale was posted on the Facebook page, she herself learned that the dog is a hero and that he protected the woman from the attack.
The woman was astounded by the dog’s bravery and began a fund-raising drive to cover the dog’s medical expenses. The money was then gathered.
He is brave, really brave. This dog has endured a very trying existence. Both his front and back legs are injured. Overall, though, he is fine and seeking a loyal companion.
Despite all of his wounds, Welch claims the dog is seven years old and still adores people.
