Keeping up with the Kardashians is no easy feat, but designer Jeff Andrews rose to the challenge by completely renovating Kris Jenner’s six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Hidden Hills, California. Andrews, who has also designed homes for Kourtney, Khloe, and most recently, Kylie, brought Jenner’s vision of a chic yet sophisticated family base camp to life. His work exudes old Hollywood elegance and sumptuous decor, creating what Jenner calls “livable glamour.”
Can one house truly fit all? The Kardashian-Jenner residence was designed as a family gathering place, accommodating six children and four (soon to be five) grandchildren. “Kris is a fantastic chef, and having a large family meant that the kitchen needed to be both aesthetically pleasing and functional for entertaining,” says Andrews. The home is ideal for opulent living, from the sparkling crystal chandeliers over the formal dining table to the luxurious master bathroom.

In her family-style kitchen, Jenner prepares classic Kardashian-Jenner family recipes from her cookbook *In the Kitchen with Kris* ($22 on Amazon). The kitchen, designed for her expanding family, friends, and ex-partners, features multiple islands and ample countertop space for large gatherings. Jenner added her unique touches to the dining table, grouping three favorite chandeliers above it for subtle glamour.
“Livability means having rooms that are loved, used, and visually appealing, but also rooms you want to be in,” says Andrews. The living room, with its luxurious furnishings and antique fireplace, exemplifies this philosophy.
As a “momager,” Jenner’s chic workspace is both functional and reflective of her personality. “Her office needed to be practical for daily meetings and personal use,” Andrews explains.
Jenner’s high-profile lifestyle demands a high-class closet, featuring a mirrored center island, patterned ceiling, and specific storage shelves, including a Birkin for every blazer. The wardrobe offers ample space for shoes and accessories.
With a limited color scheme of black, white, gray, and touches of neutral and metallic hues, the main bedroom is adorned with cashmere, rich wools, and silk, epitomizing sophisticated glamour. “Kris enjoys opulent, tactile, and well-made items,” says Andrews. “Her house reflects her personality everywhere.”
Jenner’s master bathroom, a key focus of the renovation, blends style and utility with a cosmetics, clothing, and glam area.
Even the busiest families find time to unwind, and Jenner’s garden is famous for its entertainment value. It has hosted her 58th birthday celebration and her lavish annual Christmas party.
