Growing up in the limelight with Hollywood stars Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones as parents isn’t easy. However, their children, Dylan Michael and Carys Zeta Douglas, have likely never wanted for anything.
The media has closely followed Dylan and Carys’ lives, speculating whether they will pursue careers in entertainment like their famous parents.
It seems we now have some answers, especially regarding Carys.
Zeta-Jones has openly shared her expectations for her children’s futures in the entertainment industry. In an interview with Hello! Magazine, the actress revealed, “You want to look at them when they’re on stage.” Both children are interested in the craft, with her son aspiring to earn a bachelor’s degree in theater and her daughter considering acting over being a pediatrician until she was five.
Many are keenly following the development of Dylan and Carys, particularly noting how Carys is beginning to resemble her mother more each day. The teenager drew significant attention when she made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week last year.
Although she has since kept a low profile, this week saw a notable exception. Carys attended another fashion event with her mother, Catherine, at the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda women’s couture event at the New York Metropolitan Opera House. The mother-daughter duo dazzled in matching outfits, posing for photos that highlighted their striking resemblance.
Carys is undoubtedly growing into a beautiful woman, much like her mother, and is reportedly as kind-hearted as she is attractive.
